If it gets worse you should consult a doctor immediately or go to the hospital.     <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>  Wash hands<ul><li> always wash hands frequently as you are always touching things that may be infected. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The covid 19 Is a new strain of virus. It is airborne and can spread quickly. So these are the steps to prevent the COVID-19 viruses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h2>More Things we can do to Avoid COVID-19<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol><li> We should stay at home.  <ul><li>We should stay at home and go outside as little as possible to prevent further spread of COVID-19<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Keep rooms well ventilated<ul><li>Keeping good ventilation is an important factor and you shouldn&#8217;t use recirculation items as much. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Avoid big crowds.<ul><li>This is part of the physical distancing.
