What to before,during and after getting vaccines<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Before  getting vaccines pay attention to rest the day before vaccination, don’t stay up late, and keep your body at its best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. During  getting vaccines stay at the scene for observation for 30 minutes. On the day of vaccination, the injection site should be kept dry and pay attention to personal hygiene. Rest should be arranged appropriately. Avoid contact with known allergens and common allergens within a week after vaccination. It is recommended to eat a light diet and drink plenty of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. After getting vaccines try not to drink alcohol or eat spicy and irritating food before <\/strong>vaccination.

Different kind of vaccine:
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 CHINA Sinovac vaccine. It works by using killed viral particles to expose the body’s immune system to the virus without risking a serious disease response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 USA Moderna vaccine. The Moderna COVID\u201119 vaccine, codenamed mRNA-1273, is a COVID-19 vaccine developed by Moderna, the United States National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 UK Astra Zeneca vaccine. Unlike many other vaccines that contain an infectious pathogen or a part of it, viral vector vaccines use a harmless virus to deliver a piece of genetic code to our cells, allowing them to make a pathogen\u2019s protein. This trains our immune system to react to future infections<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 <\/strong>CHINA Cansino vaccine. It works by using killed viral particles to expose the body’s immune system to the virus without risking a serious disease response.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 <\/strong>USA Pfizer vaccine. MRNA vaccines teach our cells how to make a protein\u2014or even just a piece of a protein\u2014that triggers an immune response inside our bodies.
